Nutritional Epidemiology

Nutritional Epidemiology  is a branch of epidemiology that studies the effects of food. The study of the nutritional determinants of disease in human populations is known as epidemiology. The major purpose of nutritional epidemiology is to keep track of food consumption, nutrient intake, a population's nutritional status, and illness prevention in order to enhance public health.
